Celebrity Homes // Penn Badgley pays $1.83 million for a Park Slope apartment in Brooklyn

The Park Slope co-op, which is located in an elevator building with a full-time doorman, cost Badgley $1.83 million. The actor and his wife, Domino Kirke, a singer and doula, must have been dead set on buying this particular unit, as they paid $100,000 more than the previous asking price, according to Dirt.

The new residence for Badgley and Kirke is on the fifth floor of the “Art Deco Building.” The apartment has parquet floors throughout and seven windows that look out onto the neighborhood’s well-known family-friendly atmosphere. Last year, Badgley and Kirke welcomed their first child together, so Park Slope’s stroller-friendly streets may have been a draw.

The home was purchased for more than the asking price by Badgley and Kirke.

The main bedroom has two closets as well as an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower. One of the other two bedrooms, which has a built-in wall unit, is currently being used as a study.

While this appears to be Badgley’s first purchase in Park Slope, he has lived in several Brooklyn neighborhoods over the years. Prior to that, he lived in Bushwick and owned a loft in Williamsburg, which he sold in 2019.
