Billionaire Tony Hsieh’s Las Vegas Property on the Market for $2M (www.amlu.com)

A Las Vegas property that belonged to late Zappos founder Tony Hsieh is on the market for $2 million on the nose.

The 1977-build Spanish Colonial-inflected house is detail-heavy and stylized from the outset: the ornate double doors of the main entry, and the ornamental floral-motif windows that surround them and begin a theme that runs throughout the residence. Inside the 14,336 sq. ft. home, shared spaces are floored in stone tile and oak plank, and include a kitchen with custom millwork and a living room with a carved fireplace, one of several in the home.

Indoor amenities include a sprawling entertainment space with a pub and an elevator. The house sits on a 1.75-acre lot, with a carriage house, a garage with an in-law apartment, a rose garden, a BBQ, and an indoor pool building filling out the grounds.

Hsieh passed away less than a year ago at the age of 46 due to smoke inhalation and injuries related to a fire incident.
