You Can Buy Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s Former L.A. Home for Less Than $1 Million

In 1992, the same year late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and singer turned actress Courtney Love tied the knot, they moved into a three-bedroom home in L.A. According to Realtor, the place is now on the market for exactly $998,000, and it definitely requires a motivated buyer who’s willing to fix things up.

Located in the iconic Hollywood Heights neighborhood, the 2,458-square-foot two-story house was originally built in 1921. Considering all that time standing—and its onetime rock-star occupants—it makes sense that it’s a little rough around the edges.
