Retired New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter listed his waterfront Tampa, Florida, home in 2020. The property, which the baseball icon nicknamed “St. Jetersburg,” was custom built for him and his family in 2012. As of recently, Realtor reports a new owner has the chance to put their own twist on the lavish place after purchasing it for $22.5 million.
The seven-bedroom mansion sits on 1.25 acres of land, spans 30,875 square feet, and is closed off with a six-foot-high gate that the baseball star’s neighbors refer to as “The Great Wall of Jeter.” Despite this barrier, taking in the scenery is a breeze as there are terraces all around the house complete with breathtaking views of Hillsborough Bay
