When the iconic Joan Rivers passed away in 2014, her immaculate Upper East Side penthouse in Manhattan reportedly sold for $28 million. According to the New York Post, it was purchased by an unknown member of a Middle Eastern royal family who recently put it back on the market for $38 million.

The Big Apple property is on 62nd Street near Fifth Avenue and boasts stunning views of Central Park, which instantly proves its hefty price tag. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home also totals 5,200 square feet and includes two breathtaking terraces that add another 430 square feet of living space.
