Chelsea Handler Gets $10.4 Million for Bel Air Contemporary

When she’s not birthday skiing in her birthday suit or firing feisty tweet barbs on Twitter, Chelsea Handler is raking in the real estate greenbacks. The sharp-tongued and frequently controversial comedian has closed a deal for her Bel Air home of a decade-plus, selling the prime property for roughly $10.4 million, down a bit from the $11.5 million she originally asked three years ago. The new owners are English folks Guy and Kristina Moot, he a powerful music executive, the CEO of Warner Chappell Music, who’s widely credited with boosting Lizzo to her current superstardom, as well as for signing some of music’s biggest names — Sia, Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey, and Amy Winehouse — to record deals.
